SCOTTS PROFESSIONAL becomes EVERRIS

EVERRIS is the new name for Scotts Professional producers of well known horticulture brands such as Humax, Levington, Shamrock, Osmocote and Universol; all available through Dejex Supplies.
The sale of Scotts Professional was agreed late last year to ICL-Group with the deal being finalised in March 2011. Since the agreed sale there has been some speculation over what the new business would be called with the name EVERRIS being announced today. The name broken down means the following:
Ever Rising – Refers to the their strong commitment to growth and a continuous stimulus to reach higher levels.
Ver – Represents and associates with green in a number of languages. ‘Vert’ in French, ‘Verde’ in Spanish and Italian and ‘Verdant’ in English.

There were some disruptions to supply of product during the transition with the majority of product now available as normal. Dejex Supplies will continue to work closely with Everris, as with Scotts Professional previously, to bring well know and trusted horticulture products to professional growers.
