Met52 granular bioinsecticide
Met52 granular bioinsecticide is a new biological insecticide for the treatment of growing media to control vine weevil on a range of crops. Met52 granular bioinsecticide is based on Metarhizium anisopliase var anisopliae strain F52 from the company Novazymes. The product has been given approval for the control of vine weevil in soft fruit and ornamental crops.

Prestop biological fungicide
Prestop is a new biofungicide for the control of root diseases caused by Pythium, Phytophthora, Rhizoctonia, Fusarium and foliar diseases caused by Didymella and Botrytis. Prestop is based on Gliocladium catenulatum strain J1446 from Verdera and has been given approval for use on all protected edibles, including protected Strawberry and protected non-edible crops and outdoor strawberry. Such crops will include fruits, herbs, salads and ornamentals. Prestop can be applied by growing media incorporation, as a growing media drench, via trickle irrigation and as a foliar spray.

Serenade ASO the biological fungicide
Serenade ASO is a PSD approved biofungicide for Botrytis. Serenade ASO, based on a specific strain (QST 713) Bacillus subtilis, from AgraQuest has label approval for use on protected strawberries. Serenade ASO can also be applied up to 20 times per crop and has no harvest interval or chemical residue, making it ideal for use right up to harvest.

SuSCon® Green - WITHDRAWN
Suscon Green Soil Insecticide has now been withdrawn from the market place. A replacement vine weevil control is planned for the end of the spring season 2011. We will keep our customers informed of any developments. Please check our website for any updates.
